The issues didn’t stop there—some rooms were reported to be rather small, with a lack of attention to cleanliness upon arrival, leaving some guests feeling dissatisfied. Breakfast was another letdown, with coffee that was nothing but powdered Nescafe and a setting that felt overly dark and uninspired. While the idea of a more intimate hotel atmosphere was appealing, it didn't quite measure up to the expectations set by its market position.

Had a fab time! Super comfy bed and that waterfall shower was really something else. We loved being so close to everything, just a stroll to the main area. One little thing, breakfast could've been better. we tried the special diet menus but they weren't quite what we expected.
